Meet the Owner 

Armin Feldman, M.D.  Owner/Medical Director

For the past 14 years Dr. Feldman has been consulting to attorneys on medical issues.  Armin has consulted on over 3000 legal cases covering a broad range of medical issues and questions.  He has experience in personal injury, Workers Compensation, insurance bad faith and many other kinds of cases.  Armin has sat in and observed hundreds of Independent Medical Exams and written hundreds IME rebuttal reports.

As well, Armin has written hundreds of Medical Summary Reports for settlement demand letters and researched hundrerds of medical issues & questions in legal cases.

Over the past 12 years Dr. Feldman has trained over 1,600 physicians to do the kind of Medical/Legal Consulting he pioneered starting 14 years ago.  This field of medical is now becoming a new branch of forensic medicine.

Prior to doing Medical/Legal Consulting Armin had over 20 years experience in psychiatry and psychoanalysis.  Armin has extensive experience concerning Mild Traumatic Brain Injury and owned outpatient clinics that provided head injury rehabilitation.  

Armin also has access to a wide range of physicians in several specialties with whom he can consult or refer to a case should he feel the case is best served by a particular specialist. 

Currently, Dr. Feldman has an inactive Colorado license.

Bill McKelvy, Communications Director

Mr. McKelvy has been a successful inovator and implementor of Marketing and Organizational Management strategies in key industries over his career spanning better than 30 years. Over the last 10 of those years he has applied his knowledge and expertise in helping start up and intermeadiate growth companies refine thier practices and protocals.

One of Bill's projects was the Quick Start Program for Dr. Feldmans's Medical/Legal Consulting Coaching Program for physicians.  This project included assisting in the development and systemizing of the practices required in the quality and expediancy of information consolidation to and from attorneys & legal staffs with consulting physicians.
